The wine is floral and fruity in its youth, then evolves towards notes biscuity with age. The palate is generally softer and more acidic than Sémillon Vat 1 and Belford. Little bite, woody notes smoky and nutty, persistent, clearly mineral in the background,
citrus zest notes, good depth, has tension, still young, a little dried herbs, very good, tangy, tense finish with trail and still a lot of tangy minerality.
