Noir d'Eulalie is a blanc de noirs made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from three plots located at the top of the hillside. Approximately 3% of the wines were aged in Burgundy Demi-Muids.
It is a rare and unique Champagne, the fruit of centuries-old plot work where the singular expression of Pinot Noir in mass selection shines through our oyster marl terroir.
