The vines of the Burgundy Côte Chalonnaise Appellation appear in the form of islets between the Côte de Beaune to the north and the Mâconnais to the south. Facing east/southeast, they draw from a clay-limestone soil dominated by limestone, shallow and very stony, all the deliciousness that characterizes our Burgundy Côte Chalonnaise Chardonnay.
This wine evokes yellow-fleshed fruits. Frank, the palate is refreshing with a mineral finish. A gourmet expression of Chardonnay.
