The Cabernet grape has been cultivated for decades in the hillside vineyards of Sorni and Pressano. Facing west, with light, calcareous soils formed from siltitic and dolomitic sediments, these vineyards offer optimal conditions for growing high-quality grapes.
LaVis Cabernet is a deep ruby red color with purple highlights. It has a characteristic and intense fragrance, with notes of blackberry and plum, and roasted notes of vanilla and chocolate. It is balanced, persistent and well structured on the palate.
